ALEXANDER GARDENS CONDOMINIUM PROJECT

This project involved the complete domestic water re-piping of this down town Honolulu Condominium while maintaining the individual units in a usable and liveable condition. All piping from the water meter to the individual units fixtures was replaced. To accomplish this, existing walls needed to be opened and repaired, kitchen and bathroom casework and fixtures were removed and replaced. All work was done successfully without any significant interruption to the unit owners and the contract was completed on schedule. Many of the owners took the opportunity to upgrade there units installing new fixtures and making long overdue repairs. These extra's were all easily accommodated.
