Project Started in August 2003 with three phases consisting of specific areas of renovation and painting of the Palace, Guard House, Coronation Pavilion, Barracks and Archives with substantial completion in December 2003.

Change order work requested by Owner resulted in time extension of approximately two months with completion in mid February 2004. Ching Construction provided project supervision, rough and finish carpentry with Ching Construction doing 45% of the work and our subcontractor trades - 55%.
