PASSENGER CRUISE TERMINAL
Kahului Harbor, Maui

Design and construction of new terminal building addition and a new two story office used by American Hawaii Cruises.

Construction started July 2000 and substantial completion and building turnover was achieved November 9, 2000. Some change order work requested completed by January 31, 2001. No time extension was needed.
