SCHOFIELD BARRACK'S CHAPEL KITCHEN

Awarded to Ching Construction by the U.S. Army Public Works Department this past July, this project involved the demolition of all existing cabinetry, fixtures and floor tile in the base Chapel's kitchen and specified their replacement with all new items utilizing a contemporary color scheme. Meeting the tight schedule was primary importance as this facility could only be closed down for a short time during the summer. Also included in the scope of work was the installation of a new exhaust system and certification of the kitchens "Ansul" fire suppression system. All work was completed on time with the Public Works department giving a "Superior" rating to Ching Construction's performance.
